We are closely monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers and communities, as well as our order rate and operational capacity.
The state of Pennsylvania has classified our business as “life-essential,” due to the many customers in our supply chain who produce critical products for the medical, electronics, and infrastructure fields. We are fortunate in that, at this time, there is only a small percentage of cases in the surrounding area of our manufacturing facility.
Our leadership team is meeting on a daily basis to review the situation. Today, we have made the decision that we will remain open and continue regular production of orders. We will assess the status again next week, and will keep you informed of any changes.
Our world class sales and customer service teams are actively working from home to provide you with regular updates on your orders. Additionally, we’re happy to provide our hardworking operations workforce with special incentives for their commitment to working in production during this difficult time.
We know that many of you depend on us. We are dedicated to doing all that we can to maintain the best level of service to you, while maintaining that the health and safety of our employees and their families is our primary objective.
