SIMONA AMERICA Industries is pleased to announce that Calvin O’Boyle has been promoted to Specialty Products Manager.
We are pleased to announce that Calvin O’Boyle has been promoted to Specialty Products Manager at SIMONA AMERICA Industries.
Calvin first joined SIMONA in July 2018 as a Process Engineer in the Production Department. Since then, he has played a key role inprocess improvements and operational efficiencies, most notably leading the solar panel installation project that resulted in nearly 3,400 solar panels being installed at our Archbald facility.
In his new role, Calvin will be responsible for the overall planning,development, and management of SIMONA’s specialty products,including weld rod (profiles) and CNC-fabricated parts. His focus will be on optimizing production efficiency, collaborating with Sales to align customer needs with actionable strategies, and working with Finance to develop cost-effective solutions.
He will also oversee scheduling, procurement of advanced tooling, quality control, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance product performance and operational effectiveness. Additionally, he will manage documentation and configuration processes while ensuring a seamless connection between internal teams and external partners to drive the success of the specialty products segment.

Calvin is also part of the Global Leadership Circle, a prestigious leadership development program that he will complete in July 2025.
